Suicide

Last night I had a nightmare that I shot myself twice in the Stomach and it didn't really hurt THAT bad because I was in shock. But my boyfriend came up to me and didn't even do anything to try and save me. So I woke up all sad. Does anyone think there's like a meaning for this kind of dream?
