Chocking hazard

I was eating something and I got a weird feeling that something got stuck in my throat after thorough check I understood that it is a plastic thread the I tried to remove that but it was entered stomach and one end is still on the food.... Then I tried to pull the string but it was not coming out... I tried to vomit but I never came out
