The dream starts off with me in my bedroom. I am on my computer, and I'm signed into skype. My friend Deezal calls me, and we're talking on skype for a while. I was telling him how my USB mike was broken, as it was in real life, so I had to use my internal mike, which picks up everything. So I have the windows shut and fan off to try and illiminate as much ambience as possible. Deezal, that's his nickname one of his friends gave him, so we all call him Deezal, but Deezal and I were talking for a while about random things. Now Deezal, in real life, is from Ireland and lives in England now. He lives there in the dream as well. So, I told him I was going to get going after a while of talking. I believe I had some things to get done around the house. So, I signed out of skype and left my computer. The dream fast forwarded to me in my room and I had the phone with me. I think I had just finished calling someone or was about to, but I remember the phone rang. Now, we have an Arizona phone number in real life, and in this dream. And we are with magic jack. Which is unlimited local and long distance calling for 20 bucks a year. And you can make international calls as well provided you have enough minutes to call international. I don't remember the price for international time, but in the dream, at that point, the phone rang. I picked it up, and it was Deezal! He called me international. I was very surprised that Deezal had called me at this number. I don't think I had ever given it to him. I told Deezal that we have a certain amount of minutes for international calls, and please don't call my phone anymore. Please call me on skype. It's free for both of us after all, and this was the family phone and I really didn't want to run out. He seemed upset and just hung up on me. When I came downstairs to hang up the phone, mom was there. And asked who was the 372 area code. I knew it was Deezal, I just had a feeling that was Deezal. I said that my friend from Ireland had called me. He made an international phone call from his cell phone. Mom was yelling at me saying how dare I give a stranger my number and yada yada yada and said I was grounded for a week. I said to her, so you're telling me that I'm grounded for a week because my friend from Ireland, who went to PVCC with me and called to see how I was doing happened to call international and waste our minutes. She said something like when will you do the right thing Mallory? To which I replied when you call me Stacey. That got her really mad and she went upstairs to my room and smacked me for being smart. Telling me my name is Mallory and she's not going to call me Stacey. Then, the next scene it's my mom, dad, sister and I. It's late afternoon. Still the same day that Deezal had phoned me. We were going to the grocery store. I did a parody of Hank Williams Jr Family Tradition and called it Crazy Stacey. I don't remember how the whole song went, but I was listening to it on the way to the store. Then, we got out of the car and the song was repeating, though through my sister's phone. In order to stop it, she went to take out the battery and found a bracelet in there with the battery. That was strange. She took out the bracelet out and put the battery back in. We went shopping and then dropped off the groceries. Then, the dream fast forwarded to later that evening.. My sister's boyfriend's birthday was yesterday, and so, in the dream, we were all going out as a family and we had invited him to dinner. We were treating him because it was his birthday. So, we all got into the orange truck. Madison, her boyfriend and I were sitting in the back. Mom was in the front seat, and Dad was driving. So, we went out to this fancy restaurant. We were all dressed very nicely for the occasion. The restaurant was very fancy and the food was very good, but pricey. But today was a special occasion, so it didn't matter. So, we all sat down and had dinner together. I think I had pasta. Although I don't remember. But the dinner was very good, and we all had a great time. My boyfriend opened his present from my sister and was in love with it. After dinner, we had all gotten back in the car and we were driving home. We dropped off Madison's boyfriend on the way home. After we had dropped him off, we headed home. Evening turned into night, and it started raining hard. The streat was flooded. The rain had stopped, but there was so much water in the streets. It was dark, and really difficult for dad to see. There was this street we had to cross and it was dangerous. We crossed the streat, but then, the car was surrounded with water. We could hear the water on the roof, washing over the car. It was really loud, and I was scared. I reached over to the passenger seat and grabbed onto ma. Dad could not move the car. He could not steer it or anything. The car was going further and further into the water. He tried breaking. He tried turning around a little to see if there was a different way. But all his efforts only took the car even further out. We were in deeper water. The feeling was not what you're supposed to feel when youre in a car normally, the sound of the rushing water, and the feeling was so scary. The car had not filled up with water yet, but it felt violent. That's the best way I could describe it. It felt jerkey and wavey and just really rocky and violent. The feeling is impossible to put into words. But it was really scary. Mom told us all that we were sinking and we needed to get out fast. That we needed to try to find a cab and head home because it was too late at night for us to be spotted by anyone, and it would probably be too late and the car would be full of water and we would be unable to breathe. We had oxygen now, and were still very much alive, but she feared it wouldn't be so in the morning, and I believed she was right. We all got out of the car and I grabbed onto my dad's arm. The water was to my knee. Then, we heard ocean waves, though I knew I was standing in the street. Then to my horror I realized that we weren't driving through just rain water that flooded the street, but the sea was washing over the street! The waves were really big too, and I was scared. Dad was doing everything he could to keep me calm. We made it out of there and managed to find a cab to take us home. We were all wet and muddy, but we were able to dry off. There was ocean water, but also mud and rain water. So it was a combo. Although I was definitely more scared when we were in the car and I heard the water pounding on the car, washing over it. The sound was incredibly loud and scary. I usually never hold onto my mother like i did back in the car, but I was holding onto her then. I was scared. Then, after all that, I woke up. Note: my legal name is actually Mallory, but I haven't like my legal name for years, so I go by Rachel, as that fits me better. I don't have a very good relationship with my mom and stepfather. I am in a better environment than I was three years ago. I just happened to look back through all my dreams I thought I post this on the wall. Hope you like it. Rachel
