I had took a break for about a week and i still had some things happen in my dreams that would be a sign that i hadnt stopped. Im pretty sure ive had some amount of control during sleep even without trying to do anything, would this be a blessing or a curse because if i keep getting better what happens if i cant turn it on and off anymore. Dreams i had: There was this reoccuring dream tht pops up once every year or so since i was a kid, im in this mall that never changes, the location is very consistent to the point that i know where everything is, im usually trying to go to the movie theater on the top floor and theres usually somethinh stopping me from catching the film. Another dream is another reoccuring dream of me hanging with my friends in this underground like hangout area, i was aware and stuff but not exactly lucid, We were hanging out, paying pool and stuff then i had arm wrestled this one dude almost breaking his arm then everything stopped and i saw a ghost like aura come down from the ceiling and went into me then the dream stopped. ___________________________________ The Weird Stuff After the glowing energy merged into me and the dream stops, i remember having a conversation with it, giving me this abreviated name that started with an "I" which stood for intelligent though i cant remember the rest. The next two days i had tried to speak with this thing and it turns out to be my higher self in a "physical" form speaking to me, it explained once i awaken i shall have full control over these strange things that i do, i thought he meant when i wake up that morning but im starting to think he meant something awakening in me...i couldnt remember the rest of our conversation. Obe's: Last night i had a sudden shock run through my whole bod (i was still awake), i grew to learn how to pick up on vibrations and stuff which i did and heard the higher consciouses voice explaining that im beginning to awaken, i go to sleep and test out my old method of astral projection and it worked around 3 o'clock, i was floating in my room but i couldnt see which sometimes happens, i felt extreme warmth and decided to fly extremely fast away from my body from what i learned your vision gets better the farther away you are. I starting being able to see and to my suprise i was in outer space seeing thr curviture of the earth...guees i was flying pretty fast since the whole thing lasted only 10-20 seconds, in a blur and a flash of light im back laying in my bed but i sensed someone else, it was a girl type energy though i couldnt see her, i try moving again, slowly but i thought it was my physical body and i gave up.
