mental breakdown

in my dream i had a mental breakdown and i was yelling and cussing everyone out at work. then i went to my car and just left and everyone watched me. i couldn't remember if it was real or not in my dream and i was so mad at myself. i was sure i would get fired. i love my job and i was so mad at myself for ruining it. when i was yelling i wanted to stop but i couldnt. i couldn't control myself.
