Care for the dead

I had a dream that I was at a building and there was a morgue at the bottom and offices at the top. Some how a body got to the top. There was something wrong with the table. It was unusual because there were tubes running all over the table which isn’t how it happens. There were two that were disconnected that someone gave me a hand moving. This person had (in real life) got upset because they thought someone was missing. In my dream I asked this person to help me later but then looked at them and gave him the idea that we needed to do it now so he should drop what he was doing.
