Attacked in vet office

I think I might have been a vet? The place I was working at looked like a mall or even a hotel lobby. There was a man I invited to come and he showed up but wasn’t there for the rest of the dream. I was standing in a line when I was asked to watch someone’s dog. It was a really small dog that looked like a mix between a cocker spaniel and a chihuahua. It was barking and growling at me so of course I agreed to watch it. I was standing in the line and holding its leash but it kept running around me, barking and growling. Then it jumped up on me, somehow got its jaws around my neck, and bit down. I didn’t really react much to it, I just stood there, unable to breathe. I could feel it’s teeth in my neck but it didn’t really hurt? I ended up passing out and I saw myself lying on the ground with superficial teeth marks in my neck. My mom found me?
