Fusion

The dream started out as a mystery, certain people were dying in freak accidents, or just plain disappearing. As this was happening, humanity was trying to set up a space station, and were struggling to activate a new type of fusion reactor. It was later revealed that an experimental monster escaped from the major sponsor company funding the project, and was killing off major players in order to sabotage the company, and humanity in general. At the end of the dream, a collective number of people used powerful memories and emotions to jump start the drive, sacrificing their minds in the process, but also saving humanity. As the drive was activating, I woke up.
