Working Nights in the hospital

I am working in a hospital that could be Saint James. I go in to work in my regular floor but I am floated to psychiatry. The patients are very tall and physically intimidating but they are really not aggressive. The nurse who is in charge looks and acts just like a patient. I have to encourage her a lot because she is upset. She feels she may be fired. I am given a tour of the ward. There are different scented candles all over the place. They smell really good. One nurse is taking care of a patient on a side room. She is supposed to be really dangerous but is very well groomed and smells really good. There are snacks hidden in all the drawers. At some point the dream changes. Margaret and I are in school. We have a geography exam and I have not studied. I as Margaret for her notes. Next “frame” I am with two guys, one of them is crying because his friend drowned. We all go to the river (it could be the sea) and they go into the water. The guy that was crying comes up very happy because his friend is alive in a capsule at the bottom. Now they have to go in to rescue him
