Bizarre post-apocalyptic nightmare

I was all alone in a district near my neighborhood in the middle of the night and every other building was missing. In place of each missing building was a giant red construction crane. Every minute or so, the cranes would all make a very unnatural motion in-sync, after which you'd hear a "ding" and an extremely unsettling post-apocalyptic radio broadcast jingle would play (akin to "1_01: The Swedish Rhapsody" on YouTube), after which a monitor on one of the cranes would start a live feed of an older man who was sitting inside of that crane and reading paragraphs from a Bible-like book. He would say things like: "The Cleaner is coming! It shall wipe out the little of us that are left!" and so on. After a few of those broadcasts, the man threw the book out of the window, started scratching his head and screaming hysterically before jumping down from the crane and hitting the ground. I went to check if he was alive, but the ground started shaking, after which a giant shadowy figure emerged from the ground. It reminded me of those God Warriors that appear at the start of Miyazaki's "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind". It would knock down the cranes one by one. I started running away before I woke up.
