So this wasn't exactly a lucid dream, it was very strange. I dreamt that I was lucid dreaming. I was thinking about how cool it would be to lucid dream and then somehow just knew I was asleep. It wasn't like the other lucid dreams I've read where people realize that something doesn't line up; I just remembered falling asleep and then made the connection that I must be dreaming. So on to what actually happened... I was in my front yard when I realized what was happening and remembering my younger years when I would lucid dream all the time, I decided I wanted to fly. So I jumped off the ground and floated for a little before remembering my lack of a sex life and deciding to have a little fun... So skipping the details of that... it began to rain next and I didn't like it because it was cold and I hate the cold. I ordered the sun to come back and was excited when it did, but worried when I realized that it felt like I was losing control of my dream scape. I left my yard and wandered over to the neighbors and jumped her fence like it was nothing before opening her back door and walking into the kitchen. I jumped from cabinets to countertops, treating it like a personal jungle gym, when I realized that there were cameras following my movements. (I know for a fact that she does not own cameras.) I got paranoid and left the way I came. Except when I got to the alley, Ms. B came running out, looking angrier than I've ever seen her. Before she said a word, I told her that I had been in her kitchen and that must be why she was so angry. She started speaking, but I wasn't interested and just kind of tuned her out. When she paused, I tried to tell her that it didn't matter because it was just a dream, but she wouldn't listen. Finally her son came and called her and she left. I ran back home faster than should be possible. When I got there, I smelled something. I looked around and found a scrappy little dog who immediately started growling at me. At this point in the dream, I lose all control and forget that it's a dream. I yell at the dog and tell him to get out of my yard. The dog continues growling and I get angry that he refuses to obey me. I feel something shift and realize that I am at eye level with the dog and growling back at him. He whimpers and lowers his head and I sit down. I bare my neck and then I'm angry at myself for doing so. The dog runs away. The dream shifts, but I can't recall the rest. My favorite type of book is anything werewolf, so it's very likely that that's where that last scene came from.
