Car crash and Nathan has a seizure

For the first part of my dream, I was in the car with my older and younger sister. The older one was driving at full speed down our curvy street. She swerved to the left and I screamed as the car flew in the air towards a ditch. We crashed and I can’t remember if we survived it. For my second dream I was back in summer school (which I finished yesterday) and I was sitting in my normal seat by the window, in the same exact classroom. I head gasps and I turned around and this kid named Nathan (who was never in my class irl) was on the floor, pale as a ghost. He started shaking violently and writhing across the floor, like he was possessed or something. Everyone watched in horror as the teacher called 911. That’s all I remember.
