I had a dream that I was in this dim room with other students, one of them being Drew. We were all sitting at long school tables, although the tables didn’t look like they were particularly just for school. They were just tables that you’d probably see in art rooms or something. Generic. Not exclusive. Anyway, there was this male teacher that we had that I was incredibly afraid of for whatever reason... and I ended up figuring out that reason. See, this teacher was plain old mean. Grumpy. I didn’t like it at all, and neither did the rest of the class. At least, that was my perspective. Now that I think a little more deeply... I... think Bri was there too. Apparently, we were all supposed to take these unexpected flash quizzes after the lesson we learned. I don’t remember the lesson, but I vaguely remember the quizzes being insanely difficult for me. I mean, I was absolutely appalled by what was going on. It seemed like everyone else understood and knew their stuff, while I was struggling. I don’t think I knew any of the answers to those gosh darn questions, and it felt like I was going crazy. They were graded almost instantly, after we finished. It kind of seemed like magic, how quick it was. The grades literally just appeared on our papers, without him writing on them. I don’t remember what I got on the first quiz, but I remember getting a 70 something percent on the second one. I remember being disappointed. I remember being anxious about anyone knowing. I tried to calm myself down and tell myself that my grade wasn’t at all bad, but it was really difficult for me. So, of course, I take the second quiz again. I was getting... greedy, you could say. I forgot whether or not we were even allowed to retake it, but I somehow was able to do it sneakily. My goal was to get an 80 or over grade, but I got freaking 50 something percent. An ‘F’! I was freaking out after that, and even more disappointed than I was before. When I turned it in to the teacher, he was just as disappointed in me... but he had a surprisingly calm voice as he taught me not to be so obsessed with grades and to leave it alone. I was like, “If I hadn’t done what I did, I’d still have a 70% or whatever.” And he agreed. I didn’t get in trouble, but I still felt like total crap. By the way, this teacher also chastised me a ton during his lessons. He chewed me out constantly, and a few other students. So totally embarrassing. Lord... I was just glad that the other students didn’t look at my paper or even asked what I got. Phewww. Shout out to that teacher for actually being kind and considerate to me, near the end of class. A true champ. A gem. Alright, so after we were all dismissed, I think we got permission to just go home. The dream kind of fast forwarded, and I was suddenly... in my room, I believe. Like, the scene changed basically. It was a bedroom that I didn’t entirely recognize, but it kind of reminded me of a previous bedroom I used to sleep in as a younger child. The bed was even positioned kind of the same. Anyway, for some reason, I was making the bed. The grade situation was still floating around my head, and I was still pretty bummed out. I honestly just wanted to be left alone. Suddenly, Tamara and Tamaya come in. Tamara started to play around on my bed, maybe because it was comfortable or something, but she caught the hint rather quickly and stopped so I could make the bed. I was trying to align the sheets and stuff evenly, as I typically do, but it was like my fingers weren’t functioning properly. I think the dream altered the way my fingers moved. Weird. Oh well. It was only making me feel worse, like even more moody. To top that off, Tamaya began to mess around and stand on my bed. Tamara told her to stop, and I firmly told her to get off... so she did. I recall my dog being there, in a dog bed in the bedroom. *Poof* The scene changes. Magic. Next thing you know, I’m at a grocery store, but in the part where they keep the shopping carts and have benches and stuff. Some little boy was bothering my uncle, who’s also Tamara’s dad, and he was being so mean to the kid. At some point, my uncle grabbed the kid on both sides of his head and told him to stop. The boy’s father ends up coming and told my uncle to never put his hands on his kid ever again. It was so awkward for me. The scene changes again, and my mother is holding this wooden piece of furniture that had legs, so I’m assuming it was a smaller sized table. It was heavy, but not tremendously heavy, so I helped her by holding onto the legs while she held the rest. She wound up stuffing it into a cupboard thing that was somewhat big. I mean, big enough for a whole freaking table to fit in. I don’t know what happened after that, and I don’t care to know. I just want to forget this dream now. I woke up. That’s about it. .: translation :. ❤︎ To dream of classrooms represents an interest in learning about yourself, personal growth, or finding solutions to problems or questions. You may have a concern about a specific subject or issue. To dream of being closer to the front of a classroom than other people may reflect feelings about having more concern or anxiety about an issue than other people. Feelings that it's more important for you to pay attention or work hard on a problem than it is for others. To dream of classrooms that you don't recognize represents a new or open-minded approach to problems. You may be trying new things. ❤︎ Teachers are people that we turn to in waking life to learn. Teachers can come in many forms - they may be our friends, relations or even total strangers. Dreaming of a teacher conveys mixed omens. Teachers are prominent features in our day-to-day life. The dream reveals many aspects of a person's emotional context. A teacher in your dream is a subconscious message to the inner child. It may be a message about a situation that you are going to face. It is important to consider possible advice or guidance. There is a future situation that can be either optimistic or pessimistic. Depending upon the circumstances in your dream, seeing the teacher can indicate you are struggling with the authoritarian side of your character. As the teacher is an authority figure it can indicate that you are feeling either undervalued or out of control due to competition. If the teacher was taking a class, following a curriculum or requiring you to sit a test of some description this could suggest you may be out of your comfort zone when you need to accept the fun things in life. Pretty much everybody’s been in a classroom and it can just indicate that you crave those times of adolescence if you are an adult and you went “back in time” into the classroom. ❤︎ To dream of having any conflict with a teacher represents discipline, acquiring new knowledge and rules. The question you should be asking yourself is – “What is life trying to teach me?” ❤︎ Dreaming of anger in any way can be rather unsettling. In my opinion, this dream shows that you are struggling in some way to express yourself to others. Anger in dreams can result in waking up worried about the number of emotions expressed in the dream. Now, the dream about anger needs to be defined with all the other factors included. Yes, this dream may create confusion in your mind, maybe you think that you might be angry in real life? If somebody makes you angry, you will be successful at work. ❤︎ Anger in any dream shows that you are currently experiencing some type of threat. If you make someone angry, this refers to the emotional despair of a disappointment. Anger in old dream dictionaries suggests digestive problems. If you dream of someone else being mad at you then this can be rather worrying. Ok, this is in regard to an enormous emotional pressure in your dream. So what do I mean by that? In my view, this dream indicates that somebody might be hiding their vulnerability in the real world. ❤︎ Taking a quiz in your dream denotes that you are going through a phase of challenging yourself in real life. This interpretation can swing in two different ways, if you found the test too difficult to complete, ultimately ending up with a bad score. Or if you found the test very easy to complete, and received top marks. Dreaming of sitting an exam, and dreaming of taking a quiz both hold the same type of representation, although they vary slightly. Firstly, the quiz signifies that you are going through a challenging time in your waking life. This could reference your career, romantic relationships, social environment, or physical/mental health. If you have struggled during the quiz, then it suggests that you aren’t facing the challenges in waking life. Problems could be affecting your psyche. ❤︎ The relevance to taking a quiz has to the more commonly dreamt - sitting an exam, is that they both imply you are unprepared. Whether you scored 0-100% on the quiz, you still were not expecting to take it. If you were taking a quiz, this can also imply you are setting yourself unrealistic standards. If you consider yourself to be an impatient person with very high standards, then this could be the precise reason why you are dreaming of taking the quiz. ❤︎ When one dreams of having gone through some dramatic form of embarrassment this can either mirror a situation which happened in the waking world which the person is trying to purge in order to push through it OR this could be representative of the fears of the individual because they are afraid of becoming embarrassed in front of others. There are varying levels of embarrassment which are symbolic of different aspects of a person’s life. Embarrassment as a hole brings to light the person’s hidden weaknesses which only they know about, this is usually so secret that there is a level of fear of other people finding out what you are afraid of. ❤︎ Many dreams which involve embarrassment tend to show that there is a fear of being undermined which can cause massive levels of insecurities and in some mystical situations embarrassment takes on a whole other meaning, thus showing that the more shy or silly you feel about a situation, the better it is going to turn out for you in the waking world because you will have already had a chance to work out your fears. ❤︎ A dream displaying failure is associated with the fear of not meeting requirements and the fear of not having a winning personality. If you dream of failure, this indicates that you may experience a lack of energy or power. Having a fiasco in your dream could mean that in your waking life you will have a great success. If in your dream you experience fear of failure, this can have a strong connection with fear experienced in childhood. ❤︎ To dream of a room such as a bedroom generally shows that you have unresolved desires and attachments to a project requiring negotiation. This project is likely to provide you with prosperity. A bed in your dream also denotes peaceful times. If you are a woman and you dream of making a bed, then it is likely you will encounter a new lover or have a pleasant occupation. If in the bed there is no one, but the bed is white and covered with a blanket, it is a sign that you will soon overcome your anger. An unmade bed predicts quarrel, controversy, and misunderstanding. ❤︎ Many beds, clean and aligned in you dream are a good sign, as you will have a bright heart, things will go well for you, and you will get more rest. ❤︎ Dreaming of feeling annoyed implies our wish to find a solution for our problems in the waking world. If you found yourself being annoyed at somebody in the dream this can suggest that you may wish to seek other people’s advice in life. Being annoyed is a somewhat frustrating feeling. However, instead of showing your true feelings, you tend to ignore them. And that’s why the feelings of being annoyed visit you in your dream. The advice here is to learn how to solve one's problems before it becomes even a bigger problem. The way you can avoid unwanted situations and possible inconvenience is by open and honest communication with others. Feeling annoyed can also subject to to not only stress but also anxiety. From a psychological point of view, this dream is connected to how you are feeling in the waking world. ❤︎ A dog in a dream is the symbol of protection, this dream is a simple warning. You should try to protect something in life. If the dog is friendly, then this suggests that someone or that someone is actually protecting you. A dog can also mean faith and companionship. A dream about a dog is associated with powerful emotions and is usually indicative of important issues in one’s life. If you have previously owned the dog or you see your own dog in your dream, it means that you are missing something or someone in your life. This is a sign to relax and take it easy. If it is a domestic dog, it means happiness. ❤︎ It could also denote that you are in emotional self-defense. The dream could be portraying how you are trying to confront a negative situation while maintaining confidentiality. The dream of dogs could represent something you can rely on yourself or on others to protect you or keep problems at bay. ❤︎ The fact that your dream involves a child shows a complex relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you. Often, the child in your dream represents the inner child longing to be free and nurtured. ❤︎ Positive changes are afoot if… •The child seemed happy and healthy. •The child acted in ways that are appropriate for his or her age. •You became a child for a brief period of time. •You gave birth to a child you wanted and loved. ❤︎ If he child seemed happy and healthy, it is a good sign. Happy and healthy children reflect a happy and well-fulfilled inner child. You express yourself freely and you have just enough of your inner child showing. ❤︎ To dream of abuse suggests that your sense of well being has been violated and that your belief's in life may be questioned. This dream signifies that people around you will require your help. The only way to deal with your dream is to figure out and understand your own physiologists that can affect your fears, moods and general behaviors. The psychological self sometimes arises in our dreams, particularly attachment figures. The dream of child abuse can relate to our own fears of feeling insecure in waking life. ❤︎ If you have experienced anger, compliance or defiance recently then this can appear in our dreams. The evocation of feelings in the day may trigger our own childhood experiences. Indeed, if you suffered from a harsh environment or neglect in the past then these types of dreams could be your own inner regulation of anxiety. We always try to maximize our own survival and the dream system can sometimes come into play to underpin them. As I have already mentioned the function of the parent is to protect the young and make infants feel safe, the more secure our children feel the better. However, if you have been mistreated as a child then your hopes and aspirations will be to ensure that your adult life (and your family) will not suffer. Somewhere along the line, things can trigger these types of dreams. ❤︎ Bad behavior in a dream can surface in various ways: from simple annoyance right down to offensive abuse. In essence, any type of negative behavior, or annoyances in the dream state means it is time for a change in your lifestyle. The key learning's from this dream is that you need to think hard about carrying out things in your life to help you succeed. Sometimes we all feel that life is hard or complicated and we've lost touch with our inner self. It is important when considering this dream that things don't have to be that for a while. Think about what will make you happy. The emotions contained within your dream are another area of consideration. It is important to recognize what motivates us as human beings. •Any dream which involves abuse to other people = anxiety/ worry in life. •You're feeling uncomfortable about the abuse within your dream = not sure how to act. ❤︎ To dream of something being heavy represents your feelings about how serious or important a situation is.
