Remote viewing lucid dream

I was aware I was dreaming so I knew I could fly. I began to fly up the wall and it occurred to me to travel through the walls and into the neighbors house with my body as though I were remote viewing. This was working at first until I seemed to get stuck about 12 feet deep into a wall filled with insulation. My dream became painful with electric shocks that began running through my body. I tried to wake and tried to speak. I was able to say “help me” and my husband heard me irl and helped me wake up. I was afraid to go back to sleep for fear of being drawn back into the physical pain but he told me I’d be okay and I fell back to sleep no problem.
