I can’t get food to my overweight cousin

I was trying to deliver healthy food to my overweight cousin but I kept sliding down the hill and she was unable to help me stay up. Then I ended up at the hospital to get surgery and asked my ex husband to come get me. Next thing you know it’s 3 hours later and I get a text from him saying I was on my own now because he had been waiting there for me for an hour but when I checked my phone, there were no calls or texts from him.
