Alien apocalypse

Ally, her boyfriend Nick, Emily Whynot, Chace Lewis and I were all at this giant costume party. We had these wooden boxes with us for some reason and these random kids at the party were trying to light them on fire. But the fire wouldn't catch and they were marveling over that for whatever reason. In the middle of the party we all got this alert on our phones that the government had been infiltrated and we were all under attack by extraterrestrials. I wasn't sure if this was real or if this was set up by the government to distract us, either way the threat was real and people started going crazy. We left the party and were wandering around this semi abandoned amusement park. Chace had three Juuls (basically a trendy e-cig) on him and the pod colors were really bright green, yellow, and I think red. And the liquid inside was kinda mushy and not like normal pods. It was weird but he kept hitting them and would offer them to me and stuff. I don't remember the flavors, just that they didn't work as well as normal Juuls and he kept having to refill them. Many bad people were taking this opportunity to hurt others during the crisis, so we were on high alert. Somehow we ended up in a city, I think it was in Arizona. And we were with this girl Maddie from school that I don't know that well but I know she's from Arizona. Her parents allowed us to stay with them (by this point Chace and Nick weren't with us but they were okay as far as I knew). This family had a lot of money and lived in a really nice three story apartment in the city. Her parents were the worst though. They were mean to us and threatening. I was nervous around them and didn't feel that safe but outside there was looting and shooting and screaming constantly - so being inside was safer that outside. I was in a sunroom on the side near the street and some guy broke in and whipped out a gun. And instead of protecting us her parents were like in kahoots with this man. Why would they help three random girls during this time? I guess they wanted us dead because it was less resources to share or whatever. So I end up talking to this guy and he has (maybe Ally?) at gunpoint and I somehow fought him and got the gun, shot him and left him there. Her mom walks out to the sunroom and she doesn't even get through the door before I kick her in the throat, but I'm wearing high heels, so it ends up stabbing her in the jugular and she falls immediately and starts bleeding out. I know we have to leave because her dad is around there somewhere. My phone is on one percent and their whole house didn't have an iPhone charger they used Samsung like weirdos. Adam (my best friend) texted me, and currently irl he's in Cuba studying abroad and they don't have service so I haven't been able to talk to him in awhile, so as soon as he texts me I call him on my last battery percentage and I'm like "there's been an alien invasion I don't know if it's real or not but I just killed two people. I just want to say I love you and I hope I make it out of this." And Emily Ally and I escaped out a side door and the last part I remember is sitting on a bench in the city with them and Maddie and being like "where even are we?" And Maddie told me we were in Arizona, that's how I knew, at the beginning I had no idea. And the city was very modern, almost futuristic like. And were looking at each other and thinking how do we get home? And then I woke up.
