Driving a moving van

I was driving a moving van and got to a location where I could not cross because somebody was doing some work across the top of the road. I got out of my truck climbed up the ladder help them fix what they had to fix. And then I was getting ready to leave. The guy was upset and told me he was dying of cancer and that's why him and his partner were arguing. Then I was at a mall with a carnival and right in the middle of it all the event the entire carnival staff changed.
