Driving in Weirdly Open Car

I was driving in this car that was sort of like a convertible except one of the ways you could maneuver it was so that the top only came up and enclosed the front part of the car in the middle and the back. But not on the sides. I was thinking that this was pretty cool but kind of inconvenient. Nevertheless I wanted to try it out. My parents and brother we’re getting ready to get in the car and for some reason we now all lived out in the desert. I saw how brightly the sun was shining and because we all have pale skin and my mother has the palest I decided that I would need to put the top up regular style because she would not want to sit in that seat. I was just thinking that this car was impractical albeit cool but maybe not a good purchase.
