Dead fish

I followed this road that led to a river. and next to me that was a house. And Athens house they had fishing poles that had lines that were cast out into the river. attached to these lines were dead fish. I went to the front door of the house and they were all women inside. About 2 or 3. they gave me permission to fish next to their house.
