Seeing my crush

it started with me and my parents walking down to my crush's house who just moved into the neighbourhood and they joked about buying a stove that was on the side of the road and i was really embarrassed. then there was this parade in the neighbourhood and i thought it was stupid but then i saw her walking in it and i said to my parents "i need to join that, how do i do that?"
