My right eye

So irl I have been worried about losing my sight or my sight being bad ESPECIALLY in my right eye (cause that's where I feel I might go blind) So anyways on to my dream. So I was at my fathers and we were talking and I guess we some how started talking about my eye and he knew what I was talking about. "Your right eye has like these grey bubble things right"? "Well maybe you should wear your glasses". Or something along those lines my father says. (Bc in real life my parents will lecture me about not wearing my glasses... which I get)
