Medic for Diana

My dream was I was at work in my grocery store. Someone from our bakery asked if I have any first aid skills. I have basic knowledge so I said sure. They said princess Diana sprained her ankle and I need to fix it. I went to where she was with a first aid kit, and got to work. After I bandaged her ankle, I gave her a weird looking berry I said had pain relief properties. I went back to work afterwards. When I got back to my station everyone was saying what was that berry I gave her. I said I don't know. Why? Apparently news got out of this berry and the whole world was watching asking about it. Where It came from? how good was it? Where they can get some? How can they make it? Well, needless to say I was both a hero and in major trouble. Good thing my alarm went off at that point.
