Yet another post apocalyptic dream wherein the world is haunted by ghosts telling the living to kill each other. We started out in a basement trying to barricade the doors for safety. Then a large diesel truck pulled up and promised us safety. I didn't trust it. People weren't helpful anymore and Manson, my cat, was badly injured by an injection in an open wound around his leg. It looked like it was growing a dirty yellow sponge like substance and I couldn't help him. I kept him wrapped in the cleanest blanket I had and had to carry him everywhere. It was a white baby blanket lined in baby blue with faded baby blue balloons on it, stained with Manson's blood. Me and the woman I was with bolted from the place the first chance we got and stumbled on what seemed to be a safe place, a closed in resort where everyone was clean and had their own suburban home. They showed us our new home and promised they would help Manson. Except when I asked them to fulfill that, they turned on us. Their intent had always been to murder us. So again, we ran. We ended up in the woods near some abandoned camp. We had become a small group of women with a little girl. One woman pulled a platform over for us to sleep off the rocky ground. I wandered and grabbed all the blankets I could find for bedding so we could all sleep comfortably together. That's when the little girl flipped and started swinging a knife around. She already stabbed someone with a nonfatal wound and then she ran for it. The ghosts told her to do it. We let her go. I had Manson to worry about and the only thing it seemed I could do was cut out the infection for him. He was miserable but I couldn't let him go. He was all I had of what once was. Some other part of this dream was some strange boy scout camp ghosts that I was stuck in. They were mean and said if I did injure someone, they would help me. All while trying to poke and prod and hurt me too. The boy scouts were why the little girl flipped out. She couldn't see us, she only saw the ghosts. It's how I knew the camp we were at was once a boy scout camp, because I got the vision to clear but she didn't.
