Dead toes

I went to the doctor because most of my toes and toenails were green. “Yeah, those are going to have to come off,” he said. He then proceeded to put some sort of cream on them and then he left through the window? A nurse came in to talk to me for a while and then he crawled back in through the window. He turned to me and said, “you’re still here?”
