someone please explain this my eyes seem glued

so a few minutes ago I was trying to fall asleep I was listening to Ed sheeran shape of you and Lucid Dream idose anyway like my eyes where closed for 30min with my hands on my stomach at the start of the first 15min or so I was taking deep long breaths 20min into it I was seeing a house in my head and I was building onto the image like adding in a bed etc a recording studio etc 5min later when I tried to open my eyes I couldn't open it I tried for 2 minutes only then my eyes seemed to start opening but it still wasn't opening it was blinking hard and rapidly so in a way it wasn't open. can someone explain to me what just happened this is the first time I ever experienced this it seemed like paralysis of the eyes or something
