Strangers amongst men we delve deeper into danger

Accompanied by strangers I call friends, my dream tasked us with solving puzzles in temple rooms. finding various devices and levers to unlock more rooms all the while being wary of disembodied voices warning and taunting us of perils that lay ahead. The walls creek and chatter from unknown beasts just beyond the the walls. we know an encounter with them is fatal but yet we persist to try and unlock more rooms, as the knock on locked doors. I think we were threatened into doing this by those voices, those overseers of ours not tempted by any prize or grand reward my friends are to jumpy and afraid for that. I don't know what we are looking for. We continue to work together solving another puzzle to to with painted light globes and switches to open up rooms. I think I saw a shadow beast in a room, we ran and closed it off to afraid to face that fate. I awake but yet I know that we had only scratched the surface of a terrifying labyrinth. Despite the contents of the dream it did not feel like a true nightmare only a vague echo of one.
