Red dots all over my skin

I don’t remember much of anything honestly... I was standing there and all of a sudden I extend my arms and notice bright red dots covering almost every inch of my skin. My entire right arm was covered but my left arm was only partially covered. But I noticed more and more dots appearing on it. It didnt hurt, I wasn’t even scared I was super curious what it was though and showed my dad and he started to kinda freak out
