Training to be a Policeman or Detective

I had a dream that I was training to be a police officer or an undercover detective. I was in San Diego and we were at the Metro San Diego Police station that overlooked the entire Pacific ocean. It was a beautiful view. I remember getting my cell phone out and trying to take a picture, actually I did take a picture of the Metro PD, desk but they kind of gave me funny looks, like why I was like taking pictures. I remember there was an incident where something had to be done. I don't recall exactly what, but had something to do with forcing somebody to do something they didn't want to do. They were teasing me that I was not successful. I said well that's easy for you! you have a gun!. I did not have a firearm or a badge yet. I remember there was allot of waiting on the Lobby. I kept checking my pager, I guess I didn't have a cell phone.
