I am standing with my brother and a third person, when I notice a beautiful girl walk by. She looks lost. My company must have noticed my inattention, and followed my gaze to her. All three of us realize our positions, and hastened over to the confused girl. Now we are walking in a pack of four, with each suitor taking a shot at helping the young lady get where she was headed. Implicit within this context is an understanding that "he who finds the way, gets the girl." After a while, I notice that I no longer recognize where we are. I look around at the countenances of my two male companions. They both seem lifeless. It's as if they had their bodies replaced with biological clones, less their consciousness. Their dull expressions worried me. I attempt to ask my brother where we are, and if he knows where we are going. He makes no reply, and continues to march forward. He doesn't even seem to comprehend my message by his lack of response. I become worried and repeat my question to Andrew. No response. I begin telling him to just open up a map merely to see where we are. Nothing. "Just check where the fuck we are," I shout. I hurriedly grab his shoulder and try to get some reaction. He keeps going. I'm enraged. Why won't he look where we are?! That would completely solve our problem. Emotional tension rises, until it quickly reaches its zenith. I wake up.
