Confusing apocalypse

I only remember bits at pieces but at one point I was up in my college town alone in a frat house, and I was making sure all the blinds were closed and doors were locked. There was a huge gathering of people next door, so I knew if anyone tried to get in I could call to them for help. Then I was with my grandma trying to get her out of her neighborhood and all the farmland around her was flooded and had turned to a marsh, but there were waves like the ocean. And there were also bears living on the water, taking naps and playing, along with deer.
