found cat

I am living in some sort of settlement, maybe a refugee camp. Amber and her mom lives there too. I go to visit them. Amber tells me they found a cat. She was whispering. It is against the rules to have a pet. They started leaving small pieces of food under a piece of sheet metal. The cat takes the food and replaces it with something the same size: a small piece of foam or piece of trash.
