DC in denial

This is last night's dream. I'm just writing it down because this is probably the longest lucid dream I've ever had. This time upon becoming lucid I decided to take things slow. I stabilized successfully and started walking around just to discover. Halfway through the dream I was in a house with 3 people who were supposedly old friends of mine. They looked and acted like they were younger/immature to an annoying extent. I was trying to leave the apartment to explore more but they just wouldn't let me (in the way a child would be very persistent in not wanting you to leave). I got tired of it and thought to myself that I should take control of this. So I just straight out told them that they were just my dream characters and they should let me leave. However they were confused for a bit then simply disagreed and kept on annoying me. I was a bit disappointed I wasn't more strict about it, but I was very glad because this is my first interaction with DCs in a lucid dream.
