Strange White Fungus

I had gone with my father to my grandparents farm to supposedly take some parts and work on a truck, as we were, currently trying to get some for mine. For whatever reason, he took my trucks hood and taped it onto his. We were going around in this strange old timey town, looking for someone I think. We went into this diner, ate some food, and then came out with the plates because we had suddenly found something that would lead us to the guy. Apparently the police had taken him in so we had to chase the police down in order to sort things out. As I was in my fathers truck, we saw some strange people out on the streets. Such as a woman climbing down a street lamp and walking off with a super muscled up guy, or a gypsy looking lady with long earrings that had gold coins on the end of them, flowing nearly see through clothing, and her boobs were hanging out for everyone to see. This is when I noticed strange white patches on my arm, getting more noticeable the farther up my arm they went. I noticed a small hole in my arm on the inside of my elbow. (no bleeding or redness. Skin was surrounding the inside of the hole). And I stuck 2 of my fingers into it, they got in to about the first finger joint. I was majorly disgusted. -Switches Scenes- I'm at my house, looking at my body in the bathroom mirror. I had taken my shirt off. The white patches were all over my back in huge patches and clumps. I noticed that they were lumpy, and looked kind of fluffy. I realized that they were clumps of white fungus on my skin. I ripped some off of my back, and it ripped some skin off as well, although I felt no pain. I did this a few more times. Dream ends there. Or at least that's all I can remember. I woke up suddenly and I actually blieved for a second that I had a fungus growing on my body.
