Orange is the New Black

I was watching Piper and Lianne mostly and everyone was outside the actual prison in the fields. I forget details but everyone had to sign something on the wall but there was a riot. Pretty much P&L hid, had sex (?!) and separated. I watched Leanne and she went in to this building which had a conference in and a pool and hid. Somewhere else there was fighting and someone caused an explosion at the conference. Leanne fell in the pool and was the only survivor from the building, but badly burnt. Turns out falling in the pool made a clone of her too!!! Everyone praised it a miracle...
