I became an adventurer on cursed dungeon

It feel like I was in some kind of virtual reality games, I got my sword on my right hand and I'm in some kind of dark dungeon but it's not too dark. In the end of the part there is one kind of big monster that I fought with. After I'm done I went upstairs and I'm still in the dungeon it was repeated over and over again. I feel so exhausted and this is was a nightmare.
