CONTAMINATED CELL CULTURE

I was in the lab and was checking on a primary cell culture taken from the cells of a weird fish that was recently discovered. And the horrible thing was that my sample was CONTAMINATED with mold and i do not know why. I seriously panicked and suffered from the SELF-EMBARRASSMENT. Then i asked my professor something about the fish, she just giggled and answered my questions while was trying so hard to not touch my pain. I vividly remember a dying hatred towards the fish even though the contamination was obviously my fault in the beginning...
