Back in NYC

I had just washed and straightened my hair. I was walking through Manhattan. I was looking for a farmer’s market. I found a long Korean owned store that took up the whole avenue. They had a big selection of fruit and vegetables all along the whole side of the street. That was on 33rd St. and third Avenue. While I was happy to discover this store with fruit and vegetables, I was also frustrated because I was hoping to be walking toward times square. I had meant to be walking north west, but I wound up walking south east. When I was at 38th St., I paused, realizing I was going in the wrong direction, seeing 37th Street next. However, I continued to walk in the wrong direction. I did not realize this until I was at 33rd St. When I was at 38th St., it started to rain a little. Then it got heavier as my walk continued. I got frustrated at the rain because I had just taken the time to wash and straighten my hair. I did not have an umbrella with me. Scene changed: I was on the train, on my way back to the Bronx. I had noticed that they changed the name of the station at Bronx Park East. I can’t recall what they named it. It was almost unrecognizable because of the name of the station and how it was renovated. It was also strange to me to see that it had been more gentrified since I was there last. Also, somewhere along my walk in the Bronx, I was trying to get on the sidewalk. There were a lot of cars waiting at a red light. It was an odd circumstance because just about every small and large vehicle that I passed, driving or parked, was the green car. This is confusing, because I knew it was the Bronx, but it also seemed like the street by the Manhattan Korean market. Earlier in the dream, when I was walking in Midtown, I had found myself at Grand Central when I should have been at Times Square. I started walking towards the office part of the building, when I had realized that I was going in the wrong direction. I had self corrected. I saw some people along the way and had eye contact, but don’t know if I had any interactions. (This stands out to me, because in real life, a few years ago, I was trying to find a shortcut through the building, but was stopped by cops from entering the office building.)
