Lucid Dream Bird Watching

Crossing the grounds of the University, I leap behind a dumpster to hide. There is a small child also hiding, a girl, perhaps 6 or 7. A tiny bird lands on the curb and is making a lot of noise, as if angry at us. It is stunning: white body, yellow "cow neck" (no neck) and a ashy green tiny head. Each feather outlined in black like a child's drawing. I think to myself, I ought to make a book of dream birds when I'm awake and compare them to real birds. Above me, there are dusty rose, long feathered birds with sharp black beaks. The little green-headed bird continues to chirp angrily at us and the child is afraid. I can't see its beak or eyes as they are the same colour as it's head. I stand up to shoo it away, raising my arms incase it poops on my head. It doesn't.
