My amazing obe

I was suffering from the air pressure being different inside my ear than outside which caused me severe pain, and so last night I was begging for some out of body activity to escape the pain for the night and I went to infinity and beyond. The pain turned from a sharp burning irritation to a vibration, I decided the neural impulses that made the pain and transferred it into energy I used to project bur I did this all unconsciously. when I figured out what was going on I was out of my room and traveling through the electrical impulses like my consciousness switched to that perspective which gave me access to a lot of things. I was able to astral project as easy as taking off a set of clothes and leaving this way gave me extreme control of my astral body which wasn't a human form it looked more like light changing and flowing in itself like a miniature portal or a warp, I leave the house and shoot up to the sky and with in seconds im soaring the stars I turn back and earth isn't there but im greeted by a lot of stars which formed consciousness and it was communicating with me, I became enveloped in as we melded together I started gaining the sense of there acceptance of me as a part of them and I realized they were asking if I wanted to be apart of that universal consciousness and I also got the percept that if I accepted I would permanently be apart of them in other words I wouldn't be me anymore so I returned back to my house. when I returned I gave myself comforting dreams of flying and hanging out with my family, I forgot all about the pain and when I woke up it was actually gone so im guessing that through the experience i healed myself. I go back to sleep to test if I could reproduce last nights activity by following the same pattern of control the electrical impulses and turning it into energy to project only this time i did it consciously and it worked like a dream, i slipped out of body and there were entities in the house (not in my normal place of projecting), I see them and started talking to them I cant remember about exactly what but after i woke up again I found out one of them was my cousins dog and another was my parent who was asleep but woke up about a half hour after me wearing the same clothes she was during the astral projection. Im definitely using this technique from now on
