Ex and fish

Date: 11/9/2023

I was visiting my ex. I went to this room for the first time to see him. The room was very cozy it had a wood like bench in the middle and counters around the back, maybe a sink too. The walls that were attached to the counters were windows and people walking outside could see us. It was weird to me since this visit to me felt like it was suppose to be private. I wait, I sit on the side closer to the window and I can see the double doors were he was going to come in from. To the left of those doors coming into the room had some tall cabinets. He ends up coming in eventually and he sits down across from me and I was just excited to hear what new things he had to tell me. He tells me about some girls he was talking to and other stories about his current situation and drama with all the other boys he was stuck with. I felt good to know that he trusted me with this information and he continues telling me more stories. Somewhere inbetween our conversation I notice a fish that has been left with out water inbetween me and my ex. I just stare at it and leave it move from side to side. I was so confused and it seemed like the fish was doing this for a while. I finally grab the fish and put it in this glass water next to the sink. The glass water was not clear it seemed very muddy. I will like to mention that the fish was a royal blue tang (dory fish). This fish did not have the vibrancy that it should have it definitely looked unhealthy. Couple minutes later the lady that escorted my ex came in and I told her "hey, this fish was with out water, what's going on?". She said "oh, thank you, I'll take care of it.". It seemed like she was the one who placed it there but I don't remember seeing her place it there. Our time was over so my ex leaves and the lady opens the cabinet and gives me three vintage yellow spoons or spatula scoopers? I then come another day and the same lady attends me and she was super nice to me she almost gave me special treatment, why, idk. So I go into that same room and he comes in and we talk some more and I had the same feelings of excitement to be around him and listen to what was new. This time the visit didn't last top long. He left early. The lady said oh yeah it's because he has his girlfriend over there he needed to visit and even though we were just friends that shocked me that he didn't mention anything or bring up his girlfriend. Then I woke up.
