Wedding?

There was a wedding maybe I kissed Luca and they gave me their sunglasses Later I was seeing my therapist on a driveway and she was sitting on the ground and i was sitting on the couch. Then it transformed into a large restaurant and i was on the stairs on the top landing (like my living room) and she was sitting at a table on the bottom floor. And we had to yell to each other. And there were people at the next table over that i knew and i felt nervous that they could hear me so i asked if i could sit at the table with her and she said no because that would break HIPAA confidentiality but i said, well me yelling through the entire restaurant is breaking confidentiality.
