My best friend Kat and I were on a tiny boat in the middle of the ocean, along with a grimy, gross old sailor man. He was a very stereotypical old school sailor, wearing stripes, his skin was rough like leather, he had a gray beard and scars everywhere. Kat was falling in love with him. There was a huge deadly storm coming and we didn't think we would survive. I had a vision of the next day where, during the storm, the man goes out with a bucket to help remove water from the deck. A wave came over the boat, hitting him and knocking him into a railing where he hit his head and got knocked unconscious. Then when the wave rescinded he was taken along with it into the ocean. I told Kat that he was going to get killed during the storm and that I knew because of a vision I had. This didn't deter her and she continued being close with him and they continued falling in love. The storm hit and a time came where he went outside with the bucket. Kat and I rushed out there and helped him, and we tried to take every precaution possible. He didn't hit his head on the railing or get carried overboard by a wave. Everything went okay. The next day I informed Kat that it was safe to say that he survived, my vision did not come true. It was over. She was relieved and happy. I then said, "You loved him anyway," pointing out that when we were certain he was about to die, it did not deter her from loving him.
