*Reoccurring dream* Uncuttable string

I used to have a reoccurring dream where i would be stuck to a lamppost or something by some thin string. I could stretch the string by running but it could only stretch a certain amount. I couldn't rip it, bite it, cut it with a knife or cut it with scissors. It was the most annoying dream i have ever had, being trapped in one place by such a thin piece of string. Anyone else have this or know what it could mean?
