Back to the future

Most of the dream takes place in a large and very luxurious building. The decor and clothing is from the 1920s. The two main characters are two young girls in their twenties. One is blonde and the other one brunette. The girl with the dark hair runs a vintage clothing store in the building. Her father is a tall, skinny man who is a Nazi and never lets the girl go anywhere. Supposedly they are very poor and the store barely makes ends meet. The articles they sell are beautiful...clothing from the Victorian era beautifully arranged in period furniture. The blonde girl comes to visit and the two of them go through all the drawers looking for money and find rubies, emeralds, diamonds, etc. hidden in the drawers and articles of clothing for sale at the store. The two of them decide to go flirt with the guys who work at another very exclusive store in the building. They have to buy something to be able to stay in that store and they get a green velvet bag with potpourri inside. They try to buy a big one that is too expensive and end up getting a small one. The potpourri smells delicious. The girls take turns going into the bathroom to make out with the boys who work at the store. The guys are also one brunette and one blonde. Next they decide to go to a hospital that is also in the building. When they get to the hospital they realize the hospital is from the past. They have traveled in time. They know that there will be an explosion in the hospital and while they are there they determine the reason for the explosion and leave a note for administration. At the time there is no relationship between the physicals and administration and the lack of communication is the cause of the explosion. The numbers 25% vs 75% keep on coming up in the discussion. During this part of the dream the blonde girl has taken on a very sophisticated appearance and wears a lab coat. While they are there they also take care of a child who is very sick and show everybody the importance of good hand washing technique. When they leave they have to go down a hill to get home and there is somebody at the base of the hill taking shots to all the people coming down...there are children coming down the hill also and the girls try to protect them. The dream ends with them still running down hill and trying to avoid getting hit by the bullets
