Public private healthcare

I'm in a new country trying to figure everything out again. I think this time I've moved to Spain. I have to sleep soon and the best i can manage is to sleep in a van next to how many other people laying down in its seats. I try to go and pack my things from how many other parts of the first building I'm in. I've got a cardboard box in front of me and I try to get everything that's mine packed. Every time a teacher comes in, i learn of new travel restriction. I have to see a doctor and learn that my private healthcare counts as my public healthcare. I have to do a procedure that involves packing my mouth with q-tips. There's a screen below my view that has a bar reading the number 30 and relates to my needs.
