So much has happened

I broke my phone like two weeks ago sadly so I wasn't able to report about all the things that I have experienced for the last couple of weeks so now I'll write what happened in an abbreviated fashion. 1/16/28 BREAKING NEWS!!! I told my friend johnny about the dream where we were in this facility that we weren't supposed to be in inside these air ducts/ vents. The thing is i astral projected right before this and I did not go back to body but I lost some consciousness so it felt more dream like. I asked him the next day about the dream and if he remembered any of that and he froze. He said "I don't know how but that's the exact same thing I was gonna ask you" (i don't normally talk about these things especially to johnny and he's not the type to go along with a lie, if it was bullshit he would've let me know so I had a shared astral experience with one of my friends for the first time 😁 1/20/18 New Format Proves Worthy I don't force anything to happen I make myself remain conscious and I'll literally feel the split of soul and body so when it's time to go, the separation phase became ridiculously easy since the split sort of already occurred. also raising vibrations help a lot aswell 1/21/18 Felt heat surges of energy and pressure feeling permanently changed. I knew I was going to astral project because I did the "stay conscious" thing unintentionally, I astral projected smoothly, I saw my hands glowing with energy, I stand up and touch the bottom of my bunk bed (I was on the bottom) then I am back in my body with a semi lucid dream about stealing a car 1/23/18 Lucid dreamed of flight over a familiar place. Fought some demon girl that started to cower when I became lucid . Reoccurring location in my dreams is a comic book store there's always one around. I also retrieved a memory I had forgotten from a while back but now that I think about it I could've "overwritten" My consciousness at that time sort of like time travel through the mind which would explain why I couldn't remember the whole thing when I woke back up that day. THE OBE WAS -extremely physical, it was hard to move through things, it almost felt as real as life though i was floating in mid air which gave it away. 1/24/18 FOUGHT A SHADOW BEING I astral projected and it was relatively low frequency, I go downstairs or we'll more like I teleported there and I went through the door to leave the house to see if anyone else was there since I could pick up on something strange and I poke my head through the door and I saw this dark shadow silhouette and it appeared to be like a naked grown man, not ridiculously tall but it's presence was indeed hostile so I drift backwards sort of like when your push off the side of a pool and glide, I went through the balcony wall and it chased me, we fought and it was viscious and animal like and I thought I should hurry up and get away and I manage to kick it upwards getting it away from me and also pushing me back from the house and I resurface in my bedroom with a dream about some tyrant that I overthrew. 1/25/18 This night I had spoken to what I can only explain as my higher self though it was so much more superior to me it felt like that of a father figure cradling a baby which it basically was. It showed me this overwhelming feeling if pure energy of the non physical support I have. I astral projected during this experience and I lost myself from the feeling that overcame me and found myself standing in the door way of my room (non-physically) then was teleported back 1/27/18 ROBERT MONROE I got to see robert MONROE but realised it was him to late and couldn't ask the questions I wanted to ask, he seemed preoccupied with other things and wanted my help...was it real or just another dream.
