I woke up early this morning after a short dream. I was part of a small group of young men of about the same age - late teens or early twenties. We were about half a dozen in number. I did not recognize any of them but had the feeling that we were together for a purpose like the army or Boys Scouts. We were indoors in a room that might have been a barracks. It was very hot inside and we were all dressed in underpants and caps only. The latter were red maroon berets like army berets. We were wrestling with one another in this grouping and I did not have the impression that we were fighting or having an argument. I was not aware of any animosity. We were all sweaty and were allover each other. There was no speaking but only grunts and other noises wrestling men make. I woke up with a slight frontal headache which I have very very seldom. I am in the process of learning to lucid dreaming but as I think about it, there were no obvious dream markers. I am using a brainwave entrainment program when I go to bed at night. I had the alarm set for the first REM episode at 2h00 hours but I was not waken at that time last night. I do not remember having any other dreams during the night.
