Jackass judge and film director

I was in some legal trouble and was in a city hall type place. There were tons of people. I saw my judge descending the steps, a woman with dirty blonde hair and a constant look of disgust. I went up to her and tried to shake her hand and introduce myself, but she shook her head no at me and continued to walk away. I was shocked and appauled. There was a fat female film director who kept constantly firing actors and tech people for stupid things like saying a line the wrong way. I was an outside observer.
