Basement party planner

I was walking through a college campus in a downtown area. I walked into a building and there was a long set of steps leading down to an unknown place. I went down the steps and when I got to the bottom, I recognized that I was in my mom's basement. I walked through the basement and saw a table with a bunch of crystal and silver ornaments and decorations. I walked past the table and there was an extra room that isn't in my mom's basement in real life. I looked in the room and saw that it was an office space with 2 or 3 cubicles and a desk. There was a lady sitting at the desk on the phone. She looked like she was in her late 30s to early 40s. I remember she was white, she had on a raspberry purple shirt with black or brown pants, and she had long brown hair in a ponytail. When I walked in the office she looked up and smiled like she was expecting me. She hung up the phone and then shook my hand and introduced herself and said she was excited to be the decorating for my wedding. I wasn't even aware that I was going to be getting married. She walked me over to the table that I walked past earlier. She was showing me table centerpieces and fancy silverware. She showed me this fancy spoon/soup ladle thing. The handle was like a regular spoon handle but The ladle part was shaped like a rose and was big enough to fit like a whole cup of liquid. Apparently you're supposed to hold the spoon handle and then just sip the liquid out of the ladle a little at a time like you're drinking a cup of tea.
