Someone choking and saving them

Yes, it was a heavy set lady choking on her food. I was at a outside restaurant with a lot of people I turn around I look at her and I was waiting to see if she really was choking and then I say to my self oh my my arms can not wrap around her but my intention was still to help her then before I know it I had already giving her some abdominal thrusts and her life was saved. I turned, and everyone was in ah, and I just stared at how many people had eyes on me.
